Learn Assessorly may collect account details, contact information, license data, state selections, order records, payment status, course progress, attendance heartbeats, video coverage, assessment responses, guide acknowledgements, notes, evaluations, attestations, certificate records, support messages, device data, and security logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, operate checkout, deliver courses, enforce completion rules, generate certificates, support students, maintain audit records, protect the platform, and satisfy regulator or legal obligations.

3. Service Providers and Regulators

We may share information with vendors that support hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and media delivery. We may also provide completion or certificate records to regulators, auditors, or other parties when required for course approval, reporting, dispute resolution, or law.
