Learn Assessorly Terms of Service.

1. Academy Service

Assessorly Academy provides online property tax education, course materials, videos, student guides, assessments, completion evidence, and certificate support for approved offerings.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account, license, billing, and state-selection information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Course pricing, included states, add-on states, taxes, discounts, and payment terms are shown before checkout. Successful payment creates a time-limited enrollment unless a separate written offer says otherwise.

4. Course Completion

Completion may require watched-video evidence, active attendance records, Student Guide acknowledgement, knowledge checks, final assessments, evaluations, attestations, and state-specific reporting steps. Bypassing classroom controls can make a course ineligible for credit.

5. Approvals and Certificates

State approval is shown for each offering and is not implied by platform availability. Certificates are issued only when the relevant course and state requirements are complete and the enrollment remains eligible.

6. Course Materials

Course slides, videos, transcripts, guides, and assessments are provided for enrolled students and may not be copied, resold, shared, or used to build competing education products without written permission.

7. Support and Changes

Contact support@assessorly.com for Learn support. Assessorly may update these terms for future use, and the posted Learn terms are the controlling terms for Academy enrollment unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
